Due to reduced staffing levels across all PFCU branches and newly imposed Government Covid regulations, PFCU has made the decision to reduce business hours across all branches coming into effect from today Wednesday 17th November.

This decision was made to protect our members, staff, and their families. People First Credit Union wants to help reduce the spread of Covid19 and keep it out of our branches so we can continue to serve our members and the wider community.

New Business Hours are from today Wednesday 17th Nov until Friday 19th Nov for all branches.

 

Opening:                             10.00 AM                            Closing:                4.00 PM

 

Closing for Lunch from 12.30 PM to 1.30 PM

 

Saturday opening hours will remain the same (but this may be updated before the weekend).

We also would like to remind members to only come to the branch for Essential Services such as withdrawal of funds and loan repayments. Opening accounts and updating proof of address are non-essential currently.

Reminder members can lodge to savings through our online banking and repay loans over the phone by contacting our Membership Service Centre on Ph: 057 862 2594
