All Ireland CU Awards

We are thrilled to share that People First Credit Union was recently nominated at the prestigious All Ireland CU Awards held in the Crowne Plaza, Dublin, on Saturday, 19th October! This nomination recognized the hard work of our Community Funding Committee and the impact of our €10,000 Community Champions Award.

The All-Ireland CU Awards event brought together credit unions from across the country, celebrating innovation, dedication, and community impact within the sector. People First Credit Union was proud to be nominated for the Community Champions Award, highlighting our ongoing support for local volunteer groups through our €10,000 Community Champions Award.

This annual fund supports projects that benefit the community in sustainable and meaningful ways, providing much-needed resources to those who are often unseen yet vital to community well-being. Although we didn’t take home the award, the nomination is a testament to our commitment to empowering local heroes who drive positive change.
