SME Lending Information Booklet
We've put together a Standard Information booklet for SME lending. This booklet contains information explaining how we deal with businesses experiencing financial difficulties, the information we may require, the options that may be available and how our appeals process works.
What happens if you don't engage with us?
It's important that you continue to engage with us. We can only properly assess your circumstances and consider the options available to you if you provide the information we need and remain in contact with us.
If you don't engage with us, this may affect our ability to consider an alternative arrangement and may have other consequences for your business and its borrowing.
You may wish to seek independent professional advice about your business's financial circumstances. You can appoint a third-party adviser to assist you and accompany you during discussions with us.
| WARNING: If you are experiencing financial difficulties, it is important that you engage with us and provide the information we need to assess your circumstances. If you do not engage with us, this may affect our ability to consider an alternative repayment arrangement and may result in other consequences, including enforcement of any security provided. |
| WARNING: If you do not meet the repayments on your loan, your account will go into arrears. This may affect your credit report, which may limit your ability to access credit in the future. |
