Common Bond
Our common bond defines who can join People First Credit Union.
If you live, work, or study in Portlaoise, Abbeyleix, Athy, or Stradbally, or are connected through an immediate family member, you’re eligible to become a member. It ensures we serve our own community and keep money local.
If you are unsure if your residence or place of work falls within our common bond, you can use this interactive map. If your home or workplace falls within the blue circle - you are within our common bond.
Our Membership Team is also on hand to answer any queries you might have!
