Junior Savers Week 2025 is back this autumn!

We’re excited to welcome the return of Junior Savers Week from 22nd – 28th September 2025, with the theme:

“Save the Day: A Week of Fun, Facts, and Future Finances!”

Designed for young members aged 5–12, the initiative encourages positive saving habits and builds financial confidence in a fun, engaging way.

This special week is a fantastic opportunity to:

• Support financial literacy in schools and communities

• Access fresh creative resources to run activities and lessons

• Enter for a chance to WIN AN IPAD!

• Celebrate the valuable role credit unions play in creating a saver-friendly environment

From school savings schemes and youth committees to scholarships, bursaries, and competitions, credit unions across the country will be highlighting the many ways they support young people on their financial journey.

Daily Themes

Each day will celebrate a theme that encourages and enstills the habit of saving and managing money. These include

• Money Monday – September 22nd

• Take Home Tuesday - September 23rd

• Wise Spend Wednesday - September 24th

• Thoughtful Thursday - September 25th

• Future Friday -  September 26th

Fun in the Classroom

New for 2025 is a strong focus on school and classroom engagement, with the introduction of a dedicated Teacher Pack and structured daily themes and quizzes for local schools.

Each day of the week will explore a different financial literacy topic — from Money Monday to Future Friday — supported by quiz questions and activities tailored to different age groups.
