Schools Spread Christmas Cheer at People First Credit Union

People First Credit Union was delighted to welcome local schools into our branches this Christmas season as students filled our offices with festive cheer through song.

Our Portlaoise office was treated to a wonderful performance by pupils from Holy Family School, while Scoil Phádraig Naofa brought the sounds of Christmas to our Athy office. In Abbeyleix, we were thrilled to welcome students from Abbeyleix South National School, whose carols created a truly joyful atmosphere.

Large groups of students from each school performed a selection of Christmas carols, singing for approximately an hour in each location. Their enthusiasm and festive spirit were enjoyed by both staff and members alike, bringing smiles to everyone who passed through our doors.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, staff across People First Credit Union also took part in a Christmas Jumper Day in support of LauraLynn Children’s Hospice. All funds raised on the day were donated directly to the LauraLynn Charity, helping to support the vital care and services they provide to children and families across Ireland.
