Updates to Current Account

As part of our commitment to enhancing the banking experience for your members, we are transitioning our Current Account debit cards from Mastercard to Visa. All current account holders will receive a new Visa Debit card as part of this enhancement.
The new look debit card is powered by Visa and comes with trusted benefits and enhanced features. The card will be issued to all existing and new Credit Union Current Account members.
We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions, but our team are available to answer any further questions you may have.
When will members receive their new VISA debit card?
The newly designed Visa Debit card will begin arriving by post in early August. Members will receive a notification one week before the card is delivered, explaining what to expect and any steps they need to take once it arrives. In the meantime, the existing card will continue to work. No action is required by members until their new card arrives.
What is secure online shopping?
When shopping online using the Visa Debit card, members may be asked to enter a password they created along with a one-time passcode sent to their phone. This helps to ensure members better protected from fraud. Details on how to set up the online shopping password will be received with the Visa Debit card.
